Attorney Hardy was the best attorney that I could have had on my divorce case. He was very thorough and I always felt that he had my best interest at heart. Elizabeth Rohback is an asset to your firm. She makes you feel at ease in the most difficult of situations. I wasn't made to feel like just a client, I felt she truly cared about me as a person. This was my first time working with Attorney James Hardy and was very pleased that he was able to get my criminal domestic case dismissed. Mr. Hardy worked diligently on my cases and was able to negotiate my charges with the states attorney. He was very informative and made himself available to me when I would call.

I spoke with James over a year before the final divorce was settled. Of course neither of us expected the complications of Covid 19 and the Court System of CT becoming somewhat stagnant. James had to represent me in CT while I lived in FL, this in itself created some unique challenges he was able to overcome. He was professional, respectful, and informative with explanation and council. I never want to use him again, but would if I had too. It's easier to never re-marry. :)

Mr. Hardy represented me in a case where I was a victim. However, the goal actually was to defend the accused, who was a person in the family. Mr. Hardy planned and then implemented a plan which resulted in the charges to be nolled, which was my goal.
