About James R. Hardy II

Attorney James R. Hardy II is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hardy Law Group, LLC. Prior to finding Hardy Law Group in 2012, Attorney Hardy served the residents of the State of Maryland by working for the State's Attorney Office for Prince George's County, MD in the Homicide Division. It was there where he helped strengthen the legal justice system by focusing on internal objectives and policies that led to crime rate deterrence and reduction. Attorney Hardy proudly served his country for eleven years as a military enlisted member in both the U.S. Army and Air Force. He has performed duty at a variety of different locations and has taken the honor of earning the Army Achievement Medal. Attorney Hardy now brings his legal experience, high ethics and legal knowledge to Hardy Law Group. He has been praised by clients for being thorough, efficient, proactive, knowledgeable and sensitive to client needs. A jack of a lawyer! The stupidest man , could not even discuss the matter like a sane person. What college gave this guy a law degree?? Don't trust this man ........... he is a master manipulator and a fraud.

Hired Attorney

Deeply traumatized emotionally and financially by this attorney. I would not suggest him at all for a custody case. He made several promises to me and did not follow through with one of them. Showed up late to court, did ZERO case preparation that lead to my motion being discarded despite being properly served and on the docket. I hired him to have a voice and have my pending motions heard and he took that from me. Told me I needed nothing for court day. Despite his suggestion I brought my own evidence and that is the only thing that provided evidence and kept me from being in contempt. If I had listened to him I would have lost. He promised to file for sole custody, attorney fees, motion to leave to avoid further legal abuse and did no such thing. Takes 2 weeks to even get back to you. Engaged in bizarre phone calls with my mentally ill ex and sent me the bill. $8500 in one court date. Money I worked so hard for and will never recover.
