I hired Attorney Hardy to represent me on a case that had the potential to impact by employment. Attorney Hardy’s was to get the case dismissed. I was doubtful that this was going to happen because the prosecutor was not in agreement with that recommendation. However, Attorney Hardy was diligent and persistent...ultimately meeting the goal of dismissing the case. I was so grateful that I hired an attorney that had such a strong skill set in the courtroom.

Working with James was great!!. I Met James in the middle of a nasty custody divorce. He had guided me through this process very well and kept it very honest with me which was important . He calmed me when I worried about things and was spot on with he told me. I won custody of my daughters! I highly recommend.

The pandemic effected everyone in major ways. Having to wait for the courts to catch up gave the illusion of being submerged. James Hardy let the process unfold as natural as possible and I’m happy with the results.

I hired James to help me get out of a texting and driving moving violation. There was a $150.00 fine, along with the suspension of my license for 90 days. James went to my court date (without needing me there in person) and had my ticket reduced to a $50 Parking fine. Thanks to James, I no longer will be having my license suspended.

Very unprofessional lawyer. Has you pay upfront, then does nothing for you. In months where he was telling me that we would work on settlement proposal, filing motions, etc. I came to realize after he got suspended for disciplinary reasons that he had acutally done NOTHING on my case at all since the beginning!! If you have a serious legal matter to take care of, by all means find another attorney.

Stay away. He will ruin you emotionally and financially. He never met with me before, during, or after my divorce. He arrived late the first day with no consultation. He then said we would talk before trial the next day. He showed up at start time. He told me to sign, I did. And I am now screwed. The settlement doesn't even allow my to call my son twice in a day. It gives the title of the house to my wife. Both things he told me weren't in the settlement and that I didn't know how to read. There are many other problems. But the disgusting part is that even though I am a minimum wage earner, he charged me over 8k for 1.5 days in court with no consultation. I asked for 4 weeks to meet until he finally responded and said he was done with me. He is a bully and abusive. Look him up, he lost his license in 2 states for ethics violations. He is a crook that preys on those most needing help

11 minutes ago This lawyer left me deeply emotionally and financially traumatized. I would not recommend him for a criminal case. He made several promises and failed to keep any of them. He arrives late to court and is unprepared for the case. I hired him so you could have a say, and in my poor defense, no communication with his client. He was paid $10,000. For a year, we haven't seen any defense from him. He's frustrated. Paying so much for a good defense that doesn't exist. This lawyer causes psychological damage to both the accused and the family.Very unprofessional lawyer.
