About James R. Hardy II

Attorney James R. Hardy II is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hardy Law Group, LLC. Prior to finding Hardy Law Group in 2012, Attorney Hardy served the residents of the State of Maryland by working for the State's Attorney Office for Prince George's County, MD in the Homicide Division. It was there where he helped strengthen the legal justice system by focusing on internal objectives and policies that led to crime rate deterrence and reduction. Attorney Hardy proudly served his country for eleven years as a military enlisted member in both the U.S. Army and Air Force. He has performed duty at a variety of different locations and has taken the honor of earning the Army Achievement Medal. Attorney Hardy now brings his legal experience, high ethics and legal knowledge to Hardy Law Group. He has been praised by clients for being thorough, efficient, proactive, knowledgeable and sensitive to client needs. Mr. Hardy returned my call immediately and during that conversation it was immediately clear that he was very personable. His confidence matches those of much older lawyers despite his youth, but with results to back it up. During my experience he was always responding to phone calls or texts at any hour of the day. I would certainly recommend him again. He had my case dismissed and saved me from 30 days of jail time + felony on my record. As a young man chasing my dreams, he saved my future

We Hired Mr.Hardy to represent my son in an incident that occurred at a university. He is an honest, reasonable and a top notch attorney. Always returned my emails and phone calls at all hours of the day. Was able to get the job done and got us the results we wanted without my son having to attend court. If you have any problems at any university I highly recommend James Hardy. We are so grateful to have chosen one of the best.

I hired Attorney Hardy to represent me in a motor vehicle case. Before hiring him, there was a wave of uneasiness and uncertainty. The case kept getting delayed due to the pandemic and it seems like our nightmare was not going to end soon. After hiring him, we felt a sense of relief. I was skeptical at first to use a lawyer that was not recommended to me by someone personally, I however felt that after a consultation with James Hardy that he was the guy to use and i was right, after being accused of something i did not do i was eventually exhonerated after James Hardy got done with the case. I am thankful for him and Im sure you will be too! Look no where else!
