What type of charges am I facing if this is my first DUI EVER and I was ticketed with DUI in the Slightest Degree?

There is no such thing as "DUI in the slightest degree". DUI is punishable by up to a year in jail and a $5000.00 fine. Generally first time offenders loose there license for 90 days, spend 1 0r 2 days in jail, fines of about $1,000.00, required to have a drug / alcohol evaluation and follow recommended treatment, on probation for 5 years. My advice to you: GET AN ATTORNEY!

When I go to court for the first DUI will the second one show up from the other county?

You need to speak to a DUI lawyer. If you were arrested twice for driving on a suspended license and one of the cases resolved for a fine then it is over and you have one driving on a suspended ticket pending. Driving on a Suspended license is a misdemeanor, it may be resolved as an infraction if it is reduced to driving without a license BUT if it is a misdemeanor it always requires a court appearance.

Will a judge delay to allow me to get proper representation until a next court hearing?

Most likely, yes. Explain the situation to the judge at the hearing and request a continuance to obtain new legal counsel. I would point out that the circumstance with your lawyer was last minute and that there was nothing you could do to prevent it.
