Ben Lutgen is an excellent choice for a criminal defense attorney. His response to my emails were within one calendar day. He always showed up on court on time. He will try to get as many of the felonies and/or misdemeanors dismissed on the defendant's behalf. Thank you Ben and I and my family are great we got to know you.

Working with attorney Ben Lutgen was a great experience, after interviewing many. Being someone who has never been in a situation that required legal representation, I didn't know what to expect. Ben was very professional and made a horrible experience a lot more bearable. He was extremely knowledgeable, and communicated the process, every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, he responded promptly, whether it be day or night. One thing that I am very appreciative of is that he was honest, and set reasonable expectations for the outcome of my case. He didn't make promises that he couldn't deliver. Additionally, he was very empathetic. He could see that this experience has caused me extreme stress, so he approached my situation delicately, but professionally. I would highly recommend attorney Ben Lutgen, if you are considering legal representation.

Have been through the ringer multiple times. I've dealt with alot of public defenders and cheap lawyers. Like any other business, lawyers tend to treat it as such. Ben with Kim & Lavoy handled my case with a fair price, zero judgement, and ALWAYS was in contact about any information I was worried about. On paper, I was looking at up to 2 years. After court, I paid my $211 fine, and walked out of the courthouse a free bird. Now I know this isn't a conventional comment, but it's what I would have wanted to hear if I needed a good lawyer. Thank you ben & the team, you saved me years of misery.
