Robert R. McGill

Mr McGill is an excellent federal disability attorney. I was at ease after first consulting with him by phone. My federal disability was approved within a couple months of contacting him. He goes to work immediately and knows how to navigate. He always responds quickly. I recommend highly.

I had to choose all of the characteristics in defining Mr. McGill. He does Federal Disability and only Federal Disability. I had already resigned when I applied for disability and I didn't believe that I had much of a chance of winning my case. It was difficult to write that check, knowing it would be a long time before I would know anything. Mr. McGill charges nothing for a consultation. If you hire him, he does the same amount of work no matter how much money you made at your federal job, but his fee is based on a percentage of your income. Mr. McGill never nickel and dimes you. You pay one fee, based on what you earn. If you earn less, he takes you case for less, but he gives the same service to everyone. I define that as compassion. I was anxious through the process. Whenever I reached out with a question no matter how small, Robert responded most often on the same day and never longer than the next day. I am very glad I chose Mr. McGill.

Mr. McGill changed my life for the better, forever. I hired him to represent me for the OPM disability retirement application and adjudication process right from the beginning, based on what other federal employees who used him had told me.
