Atty McGill works in the state of Maryland and I live in Georgia so I was really hesitant about not being able to meet with someone I have retained. The BEST decision I could make because Mr. McGill was successful in assisting me with my OPM retirement case. His writing skills are impeccable and I recommend this lawyer to anyone seeking for a disability retirement through OPM. Mr. McGill guided me through every step of the process...If anyone has reservations about working with a lawyer long distance this is definitely the attorney you should use for OPM disability retirement. Thank you Mr. McGill, J. Holt
Attorney McGill is truly the best and stands out from the rest. If you are looking for an experienced attorney to take on OPM from start to finish and win your case look no further. The investment is well worth every penny. Thank you attorney McGill.
Mr. McGill was an absolute pleasure to work with! My family and I could not be happier with our decision to hire Robert. He was direct, honest, and the most responsive attorney I had ever worked with! I mean he would respond to any means of communication within minutes. I honestly don't know how he does it! He was able to take my case from start to finish for one flat fee within only a few short months, with a successful outcome for my family and I. If you are looking for a knowledgeable attorney to help you through the challenging process of a federal medical retirement then I highly recommend Robert and do so from the very start! I know these reviews are difficult to trust at times but let me assure you I am confident Mr. McGill will live up to every word spoken here! My family and I cant thank him enough! Thank you for reading and I wish you all the best!
It was great working with Attorney McGill. He is very knowledgeable in the work he does. Communication was always great. He won my case and did an amazing job. I would recommend his services and would work with him again.
I was in crisis when we first met. Mr. McGill examined the merits of my case and thought it was winnable. He navigated the complex process of applying for federal disability retirement and within a month of OPM receiving it - it was approved. I am thankful for his services and highly recommend him. God answers prayers. He is good!
I hired Robert to assist me in my OPM disability retirement application. I found Robert to be a highly competent and knowledgeable advocate who was critical to my approval for disability retirement.
There is a lot at stake with the federal disability retirement process. I wanted to have all my ducks in order and put forth the strongest case possible from the beginning. McGill got the packet approved on first review. I looked around for the best lawyer possible and hired McGill. I also spoke to several of his previous clients which he had helped to get an approval. All of them told me “Hire him”. I also read several articles that he had written. A friend asked me why I hired a lawyer to do a process which is free. Realize this, you are a “know nothing” when it comes to this process. If you fail to address everything that OPM wants addressed and you get a denial, you are at a huge disadvantage bringing in a lawyer, after the fact, to clean up some crayon eating mistakes that you so smartly made in your claim. I hired a lawyer because the outcome of this process was very important to me and McGill was the best I could find. No entitled lawyer stuff here. We got the approval.
I am so grateful to have discovered Robert McGill to represent my VA disability case, he is a gifted attorney, like no other who could have helped me through this challenging process. Mr. McGill is extremely hardworking and committed to his clients, he is an expert in his field. He proved to be very accomplished and efficient in processing my case with OPM, winning a timely approval on the first round. While I attempted to work during most of my application process, he was always supportive, professional and quickly responsive to my concerns, helping to lessen my stress level during this period of uncertainty. I give him a 5 star rating for excellence in performance and legal skill. He is an exceptional attorney and I would highly recommend his services.
For anyone out there who is in need of an Attorney when filing OPM disability retirement, Mr. Robert McGill is the person you want to hire. Please believe me, you WILL NOT go wrong with Mr. McGill. Do not look any further, Mr. McGill is the one you want representing you. Mr. McGill focuses specifically on OPM disability retirement; giving him an advantage over any other attorney out there in this area. Mr. McGill knows the in's and the outs of what is required and what is necessary to get you an approval. My claim was a first-time-go and approved within months of submission.
