Lengthen process that required much waiting and often wondered the status of my claim but they responded in timely manner whenever contacted with questions

My entire lumbar spine is fused. I should be an easy win for any attorney but somehow they managed to lose my case. I wouldn’t recommend at all. The amount of previous surgeries and the size and scope of this injury is enough to easily win. Why they lost is beyond incompetent. The attorney basically sat mute during my hearing and didn’t argue about anything. It was beyond bad.

Didn't keep in contact with us. Didn't talk about how bad things were getting.

I know that they are a large firm and have many clients, but I have now been out of work and no income for 15 months. Thank God I have friends to help me out. I think this process takes too long.

During the time with my law firm I was applying for disability insurance. It was during covid and hearings were held over the phone. I never had a face to face with the attorney I was assigned to. In fact he dropped my case and assigned it to another lawyer in the middle of what's going on. Lack of communication was poor. I'm highly educated unable to determine who's at fault for my denial. I even went through the appeals process where they failed me again. I would never ever work with them again and I would recommend anyone to stay away from these TV attorneys you do all the work and they just get copies. They don't coach you they don't help you.just a horrible experience

I have attorney Jessica Kelly and I have to say I am not to happy. I have been fighting my case for 4 years. But 2 years she is the one that's on my case. If you call her sometimes she don't call back and I also got a paper in the mail the other day and I still haven' t heard from her to even exsplain it to me. I had to call virgina which is who has my case for them to exsplain it to me. She is very nice but she just don't do anything. So far I had to do everything but talking alone to the judge

Considering I received a fully favorable decision, I would award Levine Benjamin 5/5 stars, but Mr. Steinhelper and his secretary/paralegal were very difficult to work with. Mr. Steinhelper would be very short on the phone, and if I asked him more than two questions I could tell he was getting inpatient, even though he's getting 25% of my check. His secretary/paralegal never returned my phone calls, and when I did get a hold of her, was very rude, abrupt, and unprofessional.

His assistant does all the work for him, and he will not let me fax him my medical information a years worth that he just will not look at, I was denied for a second time because he never sent in the record of my spinal fusion despite being what I started a case for in the first place.

Rudest person very disrespectful. Tried to explain something to this man and he would just not see my side he wouldn't even try he kept repeating the same thing over 20 times. We don't tell your doctor what to write. No but you're supposed to interpret the information and make sure it's correct but what else am I paying you for. We don't tell your doctor what to write we don't tell your doctor right all this man can say to me. Refused to even try and understand. This man's rudeness had me so mad I don't think I've ever been so pissed. Either was intentional or he's not very bright. This man truly needs a paradigm shift.

They failed to properly proceed with a case, they did not properly argue at a hearing, they failed to file a brief on appeal. If you are conservative they may just throw you to the wolves no matter how great your case is. On appeal if a brief is not filed they just go along with whatever was in the lower court, they did no oral argument so there was nothing to go off of but the corruption of the hearing officer. Their behavior is inappropriate, unprofessional, and malpractice. Go elsewhere to get legal representation and don't risk going to these clowns...
