I spoke it Joe Houle, who was very rude to me. He would not allow me to speak. Instead, he told me to get a doctor to write a letter stating I was disabled and call him back. Then he actually hung up on me!! If I had a doctor's letter stating I was disabled, I would just apply for the disability myself. How stupid! He wants me to do all the work for him and then get his cut!

Hired for Social Security benefits case. Did not hear from Attorney Steinhelper in months so I phoned the day before hearing. His secretary called me the morning of the hearing to inform me he was on his way. I was supposed to be there one hour before the hearing and Steinhelper showed up 20 minutes before the hearing started. Not only was he late but he was unprepared and had a hard time putting CD with information in the computer. He spent 10 min. with me. Filing complaint with Grievance Com
