They offered to help me on the first call and there is no fee if I am denied benefits. I am handicapped and am very limited in the places I can go and things I can do. So far, my attorney, Gary Bimberg, has done most all the leg work and I have only had to fill out and send in papers and talk on the phone. I am very pleased with their helpfulness and speediness in handling my case.
The barrister assigned to my case insists that all of my communications to him go to his secretary only. The only time I will speak to him was in the initial interview and when I meet him at the ALJ's for my hearing. Maybe that's SOP, but my reaction is that it makes me nervous.
Hello.. first off I have to be very honest about how things went with Greg secretary of it was a misunderstanding. but overall everything worked out well I started my case August 30th 2017 and I receive my settlement money on 11,30,17 I can say that was the fastest settlement I ever heard of..he won my case for my long term disability for me within 3 month when I saw Greg liepshutz come out with my check I was in happy tears.. Cases really take to long to solve, I understand they are at the mercy of the courts, However, during the waiting period I feel more contact with the client to assure them of the process would feel more comfortable.
