We first hired Mark Drobny in 2004 to create a Family Trust , Personal Wills, Durable Power of Attorney for Financial Management and Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care Decisions for both my wife and me. In 2013, California made substantial changes in the probate laws governing trusts and wills which required rewriting these original documents to comply with the new regulations. Mark did an extraordinary job explaining the changes to us that saved us thousands of dollars in probate costs. We have referred several friends to him and their experience has also been excellent.
