Mark is very knowledgeable about the laws related to our trust. We had a trust that needed to be updated and he explained the new laws and their impacts on our estate in an easy-to-understand way. When the revised trust was presented to us, it was very organized and Mark went through it with us page-by-page and answered all questions we had. I viewed a Zoom session on Estate Planning featuring Mark Drobny presented by CapRadio--I had procrastinated for years, but Mark's clear and rational message, combined with his sense of humor and pragmatic, process-oriented approach, got me going. In less than two months, I went from having good intentions while trying to track down all my dispersed records to having a complete Trust, Will, Power of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directive, all in one compact binder and thumbdrive.

Mark Drobny was recommended by one of my family members, who is very meticulous, and particular in a very good sense, in that when she stated, "I have the perfect lawyer who be able to handle your real estate needs, living trust, will. Besides taking care of my needs, he also took care of my children's affairs." That in itself, was a "no brainer" for me to see him. Our process was made a bit complicated with multiple properties, investments, and a number of retirement plans, which was way over our heads. We se up an appt on Zoom to go over our needs, documents were mailed to our house for review, and return. The following appt, we set up an in person appointment, at his immaculate office, every one was super nice. He thoroughly explained what the documents were, before we signed. We weren't rushed, it was like having my favorite sibling take his time, in helping us get EVERY thing in order for the protection, and well-being of our young children.
