I first learned of Mark Drobny through an estate planning presentation sponsored by the San Diego Humane Society. He went step by step explaining wills and trusts, their different components, advantages and choices. It was so good, that it motivated me to create a trust and will and get my affairs in order. I made an appointment and Mark explained the process and ensured I understood all aspects. The resulting will and trust reflect everything I wanted plus more I wasn't aware I needed. I am confident that my estate is protected. He relieved my stress that moving forward it will continue to be protected and my wishes will be followed. Now that it is complete, he has given me clear instructions as to who should be informed, who should have copies of the different documents and in the future years, we will be revisiting my documents occasionally to keep them up to date. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark Drobny to anyone who is considering creating a will and trust.

Mark was funny and explained complex legal terms in very relatable and common sense language. His support staff were incredibly courteous, very responsive and helpful. We hired Mark after viewing a free webinar on estate planning that was hosted by the SPCA. Mark's support of various local organizations is one of the things we really liked. He understood our concerns about caring for our pets if we passed away and made the somewhat intimidating process of estate planning manageable.
