Phillips Dayes Law Firm is a law firm with an office in Phoenix, AZ. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing serving all of arizona, all federal, state criminal cases and 10 other areas of law.
I retained them because they're the biggest law firm in Arizona but I
feel they rotated lawyers way too often so it can be confusing and frustrating
dealing with a new person every time I have questions.
Very hard to get a response from and took forever for them to complete papers correctly. I gave all information and they forgot 3 VERY important accounts to include in the bankruptcy.
Way to high priced.
They are way over priced but got the job done. I wish I would have done more research on Law Firms so that I could have not paid so much.
I never met with a representative in person. It seemed like all they were interested was the money.
Took days to get a call back.
I had to fire my first attorney because he was arrogant, late for every meeting and all court appearances. He made the judge angry by his rude demeanor and tardiness. The judge sanctioned him. I finally called the supervisor and was given another attorney who was not an attorney in the field that was needed.
They are really expensive, but do good work.
