They were hard to reach and changed Paralegals and Attorneys too many times. The new professionals had not familiarized themselves with our case and we had to meet with them or review the case with them each time.

After the first visit with an attorney we spoke mainly with a paralegal who answered our questions. However sometimes getting answers back took some time, but considering how many cases are going through the system it is understandable.

I used Phillips & Associates to file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Initially the communication was great, however after the Bankruptcy was filed, I never hear from them and feel like I don't know what is going on with the case.
