After graduating law school in 1989, I began my career as a lawyer working for the Social Security Administration in its Office of the General Counsel. I did my job well and learned volumes about the workings of Social Security Administration, however, I went to law school to help people who could not help themselves – the poor, the disadvantaged, those at the end of their rope. I left the Social Security Administration and moved to Iowa, where I have been representing disability claimants since 1996. I was appointed to the Board of Directors of NOSSCR–the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives–from 2010 – present.
Restoring Hope One by One. That is my goal in representing Social Security disability claimants here in Iowa. I pride myself on providing close, personal attention to all my clients at all stages of the administrative process. I take the time necessary to gather all the facts, assemble all the medical records, and carefully analyze your case. I will help you prepare for your hearing so you that can relax and give your best testimony. I won’t give up on your case. If necessary, I will pursue your appeal all the way to federal court.

After being denied SS Disability twice when filing on my own, Mr. Tripp got all the information needed from my various medical providers, gave me guidance & helped me to prepare for my hearing which we won. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with this law firm.
Tim is an excellent attorney who is professional and personable. He listens to and cares for his clients. Tim does a great job of communicating throughout the entire process.
I ALWAYS tell people to go to Tim as he is an individual "that gets it done." Tim listens to what you have to say and gives sound and easy to understand advice for the layman with no understanding of law. He lets you know what must be done on both sides of the table. Very personable. No messin about. If you go with Tim, you go with one of the leaders in the field.
Superb attorney and excellent oral advocate. Very trustworthy and gives great legal advice.
Working with Mr Tripp has been very helpful. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He showed compassion for my situation and was always responsive to my questions and concerns and helped to reassure me along the process.
Timothy Tripp was recommended by a friend. It was possibly the best advice I have gotten in years. My case was extremely challenging. Tripp and his staff were phenomenal to work with. They dedicated themselves to standing besided me for 3 years to wade through the red tape. Had it not been for the skill and advice of Tripp PC, I simply would have given up. If you are seeking professional, diligent and ethical representation, Timothy Tripp is the attorney for you.
I feel very fortunate to have had Mr. Tripp as my attorney for my S.S. disability case. He is smart, savvy, an excellent communicator, understands the system intimately, and gave me a real feeling of hope throughout the long process, where before I had felt only anxiety. If you are a disabled Iowan and not receiving S.S. benefits, contact his office without delay.
Mr. Tripp provides excellent legal advise and services as it relates to Social Security issues. I would most definitely refer my family and friends for his assistance in a field that often times is very frustrating for the general public
Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him highly to others.
I was impressed with Mr. Tripp and his staff, they are a high energy sharp minded group that gets the job done. I wouldn't think twice about using their services again. Their fees were discussed at the beginning and reasonable. I also felt that I could call and get a quick response, which I really appreciated.
