Carlo cheerfully and competently guided me through the complicated and sometimes frustrating process of handling my mother’s estate. He made sure that all of the legal details were taken care of in a timely manner, he was proactive in reaching out to me with information and advice, and he was always readily available to answer questions by phone and email. I always felt that Carlo was looking out for our best interests and would highly recommend him for estate work.

Carlo was recommended to me by a friend who is also a lawyer. My friend said that Carlo was one of the best in NE Pa and I am a firm believer in that after my experience with him. Administering an estate is not something I would have been able to do on my own and Carlo took control of everything, guiding me smoothly through every part of the process. I would highly recommend him (in fact I have already told several friends about Carlo).

Carlo was hired to handle an estate administration based on the many positive reviews I had read. From our first meeting, I felt that Carlo was extremely well qualified and had a very professional manner with great personality. Then, as the administration proceeded, I found Carlo to be highly knowledgeable, always accessible and responsive, and a great communicator. To me, it was very important to be able to reach out at any time with questions and Carlo always answered the phone or responded to a text or email almost immediately. Also, he consistently provided clear and detailed explanations for every step in the process, so it wasn’t just about what needed to be done, but also why. I found the extra time and effort he dedicated to educating, as well as executing, to be very valuable to establishing a comfort level throughout a complicated process. I would definitely hire Carlo again, and I highly recommend him as a trusted partner in any legal matter requiring an attorney.

Carlo was fantastic to work with. He was kind, friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. We forgot to ask some questions in person and Carlo responded to my email very promptly and gave a detailed response to the questions asked there. My Dads power of attorney and will was finalized within a few days. Carlo was also extremely flexible with his schedule to accommodate us and we didn't feel rushed out of his office like you would at other practices. I would highly recommend

Carlo LaMonica was fabulous to work with. He was compassionate when needed and was very thorough as he helped me through my fathers estate. He would explain the process and was helpful in every aspect of the case. He even at times worked as a mediator for the family. He was always reachable and I trusted him 100% which in itself was huge. I highly recommend him to all.

When my girlfriend's mother passed, we had no idea what we were doing. A pair of 20-somethings who have never dealt with anything like this before, and Carlo helped us through every step of the way. He explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand, and made sure everything was done right. Afterwards, he helped the two of us prepare for the future for ourselves so we won't leave anybody in a similar situation.
