We had a great experience working with Carlo LaMonica. He prepared our wills, powers of attorney and healthcare powers of attorney. He was knowledgeable and professional but down to earth and approachable as well. Very reasonable flat fee for the work done so we knew up front what it would cost. Would not hesitate to use him again!

From the very beginning I felt like I was speaking with a friend. The loss of my eldest son was a very difficult time but Carlo helped in getting me through the process of becoming the executor of my son’ estate. He was fantastic at explaining the process and the steps I needed to take especially since I live out of state.

I felt at ease talking to him and I'm hard of hearing but he talked loudly and clearly and I understood everything he said. I felt like he was a friend of mine. My sister and her husband did their same business with him that I was looking to do and I would recommend him to my friends for sure. His office is easy to find with plenty of parking as well. Excellent experience.

I had no idea what to do after my mother passed away. I called Carlo LaMonica after looking through some Google reviews and after calling him, I knew right away he was the perfect choice. He was quick to offer some helpful advice to get the process started, and after hiring him he proved to be a very reliable estate lawyer. He was helpful the entire way through the process, and was extremely quick to respond to any questions I may have had (who else answers at night or on weekends??). He made the process very clear and concise at every turn. I came into it to pay him to do a job, but I am so very grateful he turned out to be a light in the darkness for me. I would recommend him to whomever is seeking help for estates!
