Several years after my son passed away I asked Carlo to help me finish my son's estate work. Previously, I had used the services of another attorney which didn't work out. Carlo reviewed the paperwork I had and pursued the proper way to get the work completed and done right the first time. He did it in a timely manner and filed the 1500 forms etc. to finish the estate.

Estate Planning Made Simple My wife and I decided to update our estate documents that were 25 years old. We researched estate planning attorneys and scheduled consultations with two. We hired Carlo without hesitation. Our initial meeting with Carlo was informal and comfortable. He solicited our needs and concerns without telling us what we needed. After the initial consultation we communicate via email the necessary information for our estate documents, which precluded us from having to meet several times with information and questions. We met a second time for the signing of the documents and estate planning was complete in about a month's time. Carlo addressed all our questions, providing clear explanations and examples of situations as to why certain clauses were included in our wills, and financial and healthcare power of attorney documents. He particularly pointed out to us the powers that a financial power of attorney gives your agent. We would certainly recommend Carlo.

This lawyer was recommended to me by a family member and he turned out to be exactly what I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the laws surrounding my situation and did everything to make it as easy as possible for me to take care of matters in a timely manner - even during the COVID 19 pandemic and the fact that I had relocated to a different state. He continued to communicate with me until the matter was settled, and was always friendly, respectful and honest about timeline that would follow.
