What should I do to maintain my f1 status on my visa?

Your post is confusing. What did you file after you married your H-1B husband? It should have been and I-539 to change non immigrant visa status to the H-4 dependent visa classification. There is a form I-485, but that is for filing for permanent residence, which, under your facts, you do not qualify for. Confirm what you filed. You should maintain your current F-1 status until the H-4 change of status is approved.

If I falsely declared that I was an american when I was 15 years old in the boarder will this affect the process of taking out residence?

Answered by attorney Alan Lee

Your story is strange indeed as the penalty for misrepresenting oneself as a US citizen is a lifetime bar. It is more likely that the border officers decided to scare three girls by unilaterally stating penalties of three and one year. I suspect that none of this was officially put on anybody's record. So I doubt that you would ever have a problem with this encounter when you are interviewed for permanent residence based on your marriage to a US citizen. It is possible, but you should work with an attorney. You're situation is too complicated to easily succeed on your own.
