Everything depends on what country you are a national of.  If you have Mexican or Canadian citizenship you are eligible for a TN visa.  If you are from anywhere else, you would have to call and discuss your possible alternatives as you have not provided enough information to be able to suggest anything to you.  The problem is that the cap on H-1B's has ben reached.  If you wish to discuss this, you can contact us at (619) 291-1112.
