Can I and my children travel abroad without any problems?

Answered by attorney Bruce A. Coane (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Coane & Associates, PLLC
There is a law that says if you have been out of status for more than a year, and then you leave the USA, you cannot come back for ten years, unless you have advance parole or a green card. An approved I-130 and an approved DACA and a work permit card, is not a green card and is not advance parole. No DACA recipient should leave the USA without an advance parole document.

How long would it take for my brother to petition for me?

Answered by attorney Kevin L. Dixler
Immigration lawyer at Law Office of Kevin L. Dixler
More information is needed. Have other petitions been filed for you or your parents by April 30, 2001? Can you prove that youvwere you in the U. S. on December 20, 2000? If not, such a petition may no longer help you. I strongly recommend an appointment with a competent and experienced immigration attorney.

Can I get my green card if I didnt finish high school?

Answered by attorney Harun Kazmi
Immigration lawyer at Kazmi & Sakata
You need not have the degree. If you have two years of work experience within the past five years in an occupation requiring at least two years' training or experience, then you still qualify.
