Mr. Roberts was a partner in a major Suffolk County law firm until 1997, when he established his own practice concentrating in matrimonial law and family law. He has over 40 years of experience in family law and matrimonial law. Mr. Roberts emphasizes a team approach on each legal matter working with Debbie Eisenstadt, a certified paralegal, who has been with him since 1997. Mr. Roberts volunteers his time addressing divorce support groups. His firm serves all of Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Manhattan. Marc did an excellent job in representing me during a long and difficult divorce. He advice and insight help me to get custody of my daughters during a time when it was extremely difficult for a father to get custody.
I have recommended Marc many times, and will continue to do so.

Marc W. Roberts, Esq., is an amazing lawyer. He represented me in Nassau County Family Court and was thorough, consistent and professional. I do no doubt that my successful outcomes were due to his representation. My only regret is that I could not pack him up and take him with me when I moved out of NY so I could continue to rely on his legal expertise. I highly recommend Marc as a personal attorney to help you through the tough days of divorce, or custody issue.

Marc W. Roberts, Esq., is an amazing lawyer. He represented me in Nassau County Family Court and was thorough, consistent and professional. Marc and his para legal Debbie were the best thing that ever happened to me - despite the difficult circumstances that brought me to them. They were my best advocates and supported me through a very contentious divorce. No question was too small - they were never too busy to take my calls and explain things to me. As crazy as it sounds - I looked forward to meeting with them!

I went through an extremely difficult divorce and Marc Roberts was amazing. Besides his excellent knowledge of the law, he demonstrated integrity, compassion and was available even after business hours for me. He ensured that the outcome of my divorce was in the best interest of my children and I. I also want to add that his paralegal Debbie Eisenstadt was also a tremendous support to me during this very challenging time. Thank you for representing me!!! Mark is a gentleman, knowledgeable in his field. He is patient and tries very diligently to make sure his clients understand the process as well as the consequences. Mark's primary concern seems to be his clients even at the expense of his wallet. While no legal advice comes free or cheap, Mark does not create additional work to inflate the fee and will council you in ways that will help you minimize your costs.
