Mr. Roberts was a partner in a major Suffolk County law firm until 1997, when he established his own practice concentrating in matrimonial law and family law. He has over 40 years of experience in family law and matrimonial law. Mr. Roberts emphasizes a team approach on each legal matter working with Debbie Eisenstadt, a certified paralegal, who has been with him since 1997. Mr. Roberts volunteers his time addressing divorce support groups. His firm serves all of Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Manhattan. I found Mr. Roberts to be extremely knowledgeable and insightful with all aspects of my divorce. He is professional and I always felt he had my best interest at heart. He prepared me and explained things to me in a manner that was easy to understand. He always asked my opinion and we would discuss in detail the potential benefits and outcomes of the decisions that needed to be made during the legal process.
