Mr. Roberts was a partner in a major Suffolk County law firm until 1997, when he established his own practice concentrating in matrimonial law and family law. He has over 40 years of experience in family law and matrimonial law. Mr. Roberts emphasizes a team approach on each legal matter working with Debbie Eisenstadt, a certified paralegal, who has been with him since 1997. Mr. Roberts volunteers his time addressing divorce support groups. His firm serves all of Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Manhattan. Working with Marc was Amazing!!!! My heart was broken into pieces, I was hopeless and Marc did all he can with such Grace to win my case. He and Debbie (love her!!worked so fast with everything in the space of a week everything was back to normal. Marc and Debbie makes a good team. Marc was such a father figure to me I will always always be grateful to him. Awesome! Attorney Roberts and paralegal Debbie Eisenstadt know their way around divorce and prenup matters. For me, coming from a family with a number of attorneys, they consistently appeared on top of what needed to be taken care of with care and advice I counted on.

Mr. Roberts steadfastly worked on my divorce case, despite the opposing attorney's consistent delaying contacts, and obtained a just settlement for both parties. He always answered the phone or returned my calls promptly. His advice was thoughtful, intelligent and, above all, with my interests at heart. Paralegal Debbie was particularly strong at defending my rights and making sure all correspondence and legal documents were precisely correct and comprehensive. Both a credit to their profession!

Mr. Roberts is excellent! He is knowledgeable , professional, and caring. I was nervous about the matter that I went to him about, but he helped put me at ease . He was able to help me take care of what I needed to do. His para, Debbie , works wonderfully with him. I definitely recommend Mr. Roberts.

Mr Roberts handled my divorce several years back. He was a calming presence whoen I was anxious and encouraged me to stay focused throughtout the process. With his paralegal Debbie's help they negotiated a settlement for me that allowed me to keep my home and have the resources to stay in it.. Thank you Mark and Debbie.

He is smart, professional, fair, and well versed in matrimonial law. I always knew i was in good hands during that very trying time. I would highly recommend attorney Marc Roberts. I needed a postnuptial agreement and my emotions were running high. He, along with his paralegal, Deb Eisenstadt, took me under his wing like my father would have, and walked me through the process. I felt safe and confident knowing he was representing me. He and Deb took the time to answer all of my questions, both in person and over the phone. I never felt rushed. I was welcomed into his office and made to feel very comfortable and secure.
