About Marc W. Roberts

Mr. Roberts was a partner in a major Suffolk County law firm until 1997, when he established his own practice concentrating in matrimonial law and family law. He has over 40 years of experience in family law and matrimonial law. Mr. Roberts emphasizes a team approach on each legal matter working with Debbie Eisenstadt, a certified paralegal, who has been with him since 1997. Mr. Roberts volunteers his time addressing divorce support groups. His firm serves all of Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Manhattan. I went through an extremely difficult divorce and Marc Roberts was amazing. Besides his excellent knowledge of the law, he demonstrated integrity, compassion and was available even after business hours for me. He ensured that the outcome of my divorce was in the best interest of my children and I. I also want to add that his paralegal Debbie Eisenstadt was also a tremendous support to me during this very challenging time. Thank you for representing me!!! I highly recommend Marc and Debbie!!!!!

Marc Roberts is a fantastic lawyer and a wonderful warm caring human being. He makes difficult times manageable and less scary because you know that he will be there to support you and protect you and your family to the best of his ability. Phone calls are returned promptly and clients are called immediately each time something new comes across his desk from the other party's lawyer. As his website states - he's a law firm with a heart!

Marc W. Roberts Esq., is an amazing lawyer. He represented me in Nassau County Family Court and was thorough, consistent and professional. I do not doubt that my successful outcomes were due to his representation. My only regret is that I could not pack him up and bring him with me when I moved out of NY so I could continue to rely on his legal expertise. I highly recommend Marc as a personal attorney to help you through the tough days of divorce, or custody issue.

I have used Marc W Roberts many times over the years, for my divorce, for my will, for adoption of my son, for deed changes on my home as well as other legal matters over the years. I also used marc for my mom when she needed a living will, her will, health care proxy etc. I have always found Marc to be a very professional, caring and knowledgeable attorney. I have been very satisfied with all work he has done for me. I recommend him for anyone who needs an honest hard working attorney.

Marc Roberts and his paralegal Debbie Eisenstadt are a professional, responsive, and caring legal team. They supplied me with outstanding, practical, effective legal counsel, and made a very difficult time much easier. They are human beings first, and never lost sight of the people and emotions involved with divorce. I felt they put my needs and goals before billable hours...and every meeting had a good sprinkle of humor and compassion mixed in. They are the best - I highly recommend them.
