Am I eligible to request a normal license if my DUI was 4 years ago?

DUI/DWI lawyer at The Law Office of Steven M. Dodge, PLLC
The Driver Assessment and Appeal Division will not grant a full restoration without your having completed at least a year with the interlock. This answer assumes that your license was revoked because of more than one drunk driving conviction. If you were ordered to use the interlock for some other reason, I would need to know what that reason is before I can answer your question.

What happens when you get a DUI with a high BAC? How?

Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
DUI/DWI lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
Super-drunk at 18 will have significant effects on his license, could have jail time and/or community service, could be effected by any previous citations or juvenile record and will adversely affect his future prospects and insurance rates. Hire an attorney to attempt to minimize the damages for this very serious mistake. I cannot predict the sentence without knowing the Court, judge and a number of other factors.

2 issues police are not allowed to stop people for no reason and the consequence is that all the evidence is suppressed, including your identity if you are eligible for a DL, get it ASAP most DA's will give a non-moving violation if you get a DL
