What could happen while violating a dwi?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen

He can get bonded out. SO bond him out. Then he will most likely have a Motion to Revoke Probation against him and he will need to hire an attorney to keep him out of jail.

New filings more than 10 years after issuance of the checks result in a violation of the statute of limitations. If the warrants were issued earlier they may not be in violation. Consult a lawyer to see if a motion to dismiss is appropriate.

It may be possible for the State to prosecute these actions.  However, I would require more details, such as ages of the actors, are the pictures still in existence, who saw them or did not see them, etc. before I could accurately determine the answer to your questions.  This forum is a public forum and I would advise you not to admit facts like you have on this forum because your statements could be used against you in a prosecution.  You can talk to a lawyer in private regarding this situation and your statements are confidential.  However, in a public forum such as this, you lose any  privacy rights in your communications.
