This company is a joke. If your claim is not worth a certain amount they won’t even bother with you. I live in kentucky and we had two tornadoes come through. Ripped up my roof caused interior leaking and allstate offered 4k to pay for repairs. Reached out to morgan and morgan for help and they state that because my total damage did not exceed 30k they could not take the case. My damage total is 28k. I have been fighting allstate for almost a year and this company was supposed to be my hail mary. I even stated several times i just want 18k to fix the roof they can keep the other 10k and they said pass. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone!!

I guess the no case to small in advertising wasn’t the truth. Morgan And Morgan didn’t want to take the case where an Amazon delivery driver hit my wife’s car and now refuse to take responsibility for it.

Can’t answer question of why you won’t take case ! Not for the people like his tv ad says! Liar! We were told to call Florida bar to get another lawyer! another words he can’t do anything cuz it’s not worth his time or filling his pockets with money! Shame on you! Not for the people ! No case to small liar!

Hired Attorney Susan Tolbert

I hired Susan W. Tolbert after getting hit by a DUI. In the ten months of the lawsuit I spoke with her TWICE. I mostly dealt with her rude, disrespectful, lazy, case manager Jennifer Morris. When I complained about the case manager, Susan said, "She's my best worker....." which was pretty scary but I had already invested 6 months with them and didn't want to start over. They didn't get ANY MRIs, X-rays, ANYTHING from my medical history that would have proven physical damage done. I did that myself which is the ONLY reason why I won my case. I was FORCED to go to doctors under contract with them ie. AdvantaCare instead of using my own healthcare so even though I won $100,000.00 They took $49,000.00. They tried to tell me that medical bills totaled $34,000.00 which can't be right because I had NO surgery, NO ambulance, NO hospital time just chiropractor visits and steroid injections. THEY LIE!!!!! I don NOT recommended this group. "For the People" NOPE....NOT TRUE!!!

For 18 months now I've had a very rude and disrespectful attorney. I've received another person's deposition in the snail mail, concert invitations sent to me by my attorney (by mistake I hope). He doesn't read my emails and takes a very long time to return calls and emails if and when they are returned at all. I'm looking into my options and responsibilities w/ M&M, I'd like to hire another law firm or perhaps at the very least another attorney.

very slow in settling case I had to keep reminding them of the case. Then when statue of limitations was almost over they rushed me to get things done and charged me 40% because they had to start court proceedings because of their own errors

Working with case manager was contacted that lawyers were reviewing the case to prepare for the judge. Then got a phone call telling me that the deadline was overdue and they could not proceed so we were dropped with no warning prior
