I will not recommend and listen to people that said not to use this law firm, they find ways to continue incurring costs. I was recently awarded Social Security after a 2 1/2 year battle. They not only took $6,000 but also billed me for an additional as of today $905, with $787 being for "medical records". I could understand this if I 1) did not have most of my medical records which probably could have reduced the cost greatly, 2) they had been professional and said "As a heads up we will be charging X amount in medical records, 3) as a veteran I have access to ALL of my medical records, including "doctor notes", 4) if I had not been transferred from department to department, person to person when I had questions about paperwork, steps needed to be taken, etc etc. I could understand completely and yes my case was complicated but the communication with the company, the fact that 6,0000 pretty much covered nothing, and I may have dealt with Morgan & Morgan for a total of MAYBE 3-4 hours,

For as little as they did for me and as little as I received after they took their fees and such. I could have just settled on my own and received more money. They charged way too much money for their services. Almost everything they did for me was done by computer and faxes.

They settled my car accident claim then charged me all kinds of penny nickel charges, so that they received all but $1000.00 of my $10,000.00 settlement.

the particular lawyer did not know new law changes before we went into litigation to settle it was fly by seat of pants,and with my injuries,I had a very hard time walking, breathing and in excruciating pain, hard time writing, hard time sitting & concentrating my husband had to take over with all of the proceedings for me. It was bad experience completely then was informed because the dr. was no longer there, unable to get another Dr., disability was a lost cause which was no fault of mine

They had me go to their chiropractic doctor that did very little and later I found that his fees are higher then normal. The firm and the chiropractor took most of the money. I got left with no car and very little to get another car even though the other person got sited.

I reached out to them via the chat to ask a quick question. Was immediately redirected to a live agent which was nice. But I said (essentially) "I have a quick question. Here's a couple sentences about what's going on." As I was quickly typing the question (Is this a case that I can pursue in North Carolina or is it out of your jurisdiction?) they said "fill out the form" and immediately ended the chat. Didn't even take the additional 30 seconds for me to type the question. I wrote back that I still had that question. Was redirected again to a different agent whose immediate response was "fill out the form". I said, "I actually have a question first." They said, "We can't answer any questions until you fill out the form." .... So what's the point of having chat agents then? If you can't take 30 seconds to listen to my question, there's no way in hell I'd trust you to spend any time on my case.

They would not take a clear and obvious medical malpractice case that resulted in wrongful death of my 28 year old son because they are selfish and prejudice who only care about profits and not people's lives. Don't even deal with them, they have no value for human life in Texas.

I was in contact with a very helpful individual in the beginning. She asked me a bunch of questions regarding the Ozempic issues. She said they could take the case. I was told I would receive a questionnaire within the hour. I did not receive it until Monday, which is fine. It was a Friday night. Sent all the documents signed a bunch of documents for what..

Complete waste of time. Very disorganized. Called me 6 times in one day after I filled out the original inquiry form online. When I finally called them back so they could stop harassing me with phone calls, they transferred me from department to department, collected my personal information (private data like DOB), only then to immediately say I don't have a case. I don't mind being told I don't have a case, but I do mind wasting 45 minutes on the phone having ridiculous questions asked (have you already had a settlement? When the incident happened the day before, BE FOR REAL). Ridiculous business, fake 5 stars.
