I felt my attorney was out for a quick settlement and that he did not care as to whether it was the best he could get. The settlement was very small considering that I was earning 45,000 a year. I pointed out that they wanted me to give up my unemployment compensation as a result of the settlement but it was almost as much as the settlement. I refused to sign and they offered an additional 5,000. I only spoke twice with the attorney throughout the entire process. Also went a long time.

My personal experience with Morgan & Morgan law firm was subpar on both occasions. Contrary to their commercials, which portray the firm as a family-oriented establishment, my interactions suggested otherwise. In reality, the firm operates similarly to other law firms, maintaining contracts with attorneys nationwide. I had two disappointing experiences that led me to question my decision to return to them. The first attorney I worked with demonstrated a lack of diligence and attempted to delegate tasks to me, while her frequent staff changes resulted in significant delays. I ultimately reported her to the state bar. In the second instance, I never met the assigned attorney, instead communicating solely with their assistant, who was dishonest in her responses. After questioning her information on multiple occasions, it became clear that I was correct, and she had been dishonest. In both cases, I was compelled to seek assistance from another law firm. Horrible experience, Stephen Fair didn’t answer my calls once he was over my case. He gave me a call and said to call back which I did 5 minutes later, but it took me days to have him call me back. He told me that he was dropping my case. He wasted months of my time on sending him paper work back and forth. I definitely say do your research and just find an attorney who will actually cares, all he was saying is sorry and didn’t answer my questions.

Gave our case and the difficulties we are having. End results we were turned down without explanation. Injured on a job site that failed To file workman’s comp. and trying to claim I didn’t work for said company. I have paystubs and locations of jobsite when it happened. Finally was able to afford an MRI turns out my neck was broken most severe injury doctors had seen my neck managed to fuse itself back together due to lots Of bedrest and severe pain. My neck is hunched now. And Morgan and Morgan turns down my case. I really thought they stood behind their motto. In my case it appears not. Good luck everyone. I just want To be Compensated for what happened to me. Nice guys finish last. Right?

I feel like the communication between me and my attorney was very poor I feel like I always got to contact her to see what's going on as for her reaching out to me to tell me what's going on my whole case. Now I'm at the end of my case she told me I would receive my money before Christmas. I just contacted her to for an update she now tells me she out the office until pretty much after Christmas. On top that the email said that's when she will respond to my message. No communication at all I am very disappointed. Me thinking after all I've lost behind this I was gonna be able to do some kind of shopping for my kid's. What a slap in the face. Merry so called Christmas 😔😔
