Getting information from the PA that I was assigned to was very difficult and time consuming. I was not notified of specifically what documentation I would need in advance, or how the law firm would be able to obtain this documentation.

i used them do to an auto accident and got a 20000 settlement of which i got 10% after all was said and done and i will live with the physical problems i have for the rest of my life . they did little to nothing but spend money on their own dr.s and it did nothing for me

Good morning I signed my release agreement on 4/09/2025 it’s 7/22/2025 and me along with my family are still waiting to be compensated I’m in disbelief that when I change my attorneys that Morgan and Morgan would have my best interest and would make sure that me and my family would be treated with dignity and respect now I see that that’s not the case I’m in a very bad situation bills are due and I can’t afford to borrow money from anyone else this experience with this law firm is just unbelievable

I’ve been waiting for months now to get my money I’ve called so many times and see no word from them or the money that was supposed to be send to me that I signed for the lawyer got payed I think it’s best to report the lawyer because this is to much the lady that was working on my case got fired she was nice and reliable and always got back to me now I don’t know what the hell is going on

Morgan & Morgan is an amazing firm. I don’t know why this guy is even part of it. No communication, extremely rude, only cares about money and twisted my words to make it seem like I said something I did not say and wants me to do the legwork for him, and said to me, and I quote “ by law you have to do what i say”. Right after that comment I fired him. I have another case with Morgan and Morgan and that team is AMAZING.

I called up and was on the phone for over an hour giving all my information to an agent and when I asked them why they asked certain questions, she couldn't tell me. I had to call two times after that and it always sounded like the people were reading from a script, especially when they'd say 'we're so sorry to hear about your issue' and 'i hope you get it resolved.' What really bothered me was that I was told within a few days I'd get notified whether or not they could speak with me to proceed and over three days have gone by and no call. I think they're just too big of a firm to give quality service. It's really sad.

I was very up front that I was just wanting to make sure my expenses were covered. We settled and they didn't tell me the Rawlings Co claimed over half of my settlement. I didn't even get enough to cover my expenses after that. I called Rawlings and they said my lawyer dropped the ball by not telling me they were taking the money. They knew the entire time. The lawyer got his money, insurance co got their money, and I had a ton of unreimbursed expenses for an accident that wasn't my fault.
