Very disappointing. Took over a month to get a hold of my own lawyer at one point. Very unsatisfied overall.. there were false promises and there was a total lack of knowledge on my specific case (partially due to my paralegal changing three times within one year). I’m not joking when I say I reached out and it took a month to get a response..

Pittman was my " said" attorney for my case in Marietta, Ga. My case manager was in Alpharetta Ms. Robin Andrews. My team was elusive and inconsistent. They seemed annoyed and apathetic about bringing justice to my case. Nina at headquartees was the same. Please take heed to the negative reviews regarding personal injury cases taking years to be resolved. There is no actual investigation team and you wont get any compensation or recoup id they dont see a big settlement in the end. They kinda just play ropey dope til you get frustrated and go elsewhere. Phone calls with customer service are recorded or the headquarters in orlando. However no convos are documented with the paralegals/ attorneys and thus no accountability for lack of follow through

I hired them August 2023 & was assigned K.M. a new atty with them. I’ve been abandoned by her as I await an upcoming scheduled forced settlement hearing to fight against a ridiculous settlement she had me agree by withholding/failing to produce critical info to me. Had she done this I would not have given my verbal ok, The later detailed settlement papers were sent to me to sign. They contained many ridiculous stipulations she failed to apprise me of to make an informed decision, I couldn’t sign them. There was no meeting of the minds. I communicated my upset with her failure and for her to go back to opposing counsel to have non-monetary details of the settlement, I opposed, edited before I could sign. She simply told opposing counsel I “refuse to sign.” There’s a motion to FORCE me to accept the settlement where I alone have to fight against. I informed Kimberly I expected her to fight & get me out of the terrible settlement. She dropped my case & filed for a lien to get paid!

I would not recommend, I paid 40% of my settlement, was left with $8000. I never talked to my actual attorney. They changed attorneys 3 times in 9 months. Im still waiting on then $200 that they hold on your settlement. I felt like they didn't care.

We had reached out to Morgan and Morgan regarding a personal injury case. After a series of phone calls we were told we were being directed to a case manager who would help us. Eventually the case manager called us and had no knowledge of the case or the situation and we had to reexplain everything since she did not read the case notes beforehand. We had repeatedly asked to be able to speak with a lawyer for the free introductory consultation that the initial person we talked to told us. Basically, we were asking for 15min to hear their experience, nothing about our case. Instead this case manager just emailed us a contract and spent 30min explaining how DocuSign works. At no point did she attempt anything more than a pushy hard sell with a "just sign the contract now and it will all work out attitude". They also wanted 40% plus 5% which is way above industry standard. The whole process was insulting and misleading and we will not be using Morgan and Morgan moving forward.

November was last time I headed from them until March 25th they said they they had Settled I had to sign a Document. I have been understanding with the Pandemic going on last time heard anything was two weeks ago it’s been month ago since I sign a Document. I hope this don’t take forever I have been Patient.

I was in a car accident and it was the other drivers fault,They told me, that they would take care of all my medical bills and that I would be compensated for my injuries,(I will have to have surgery soon to try to fix my injury in my neck and back).So now what they are telling me that all I can receive is what the other drivers policy calls for (in my case that is $25,000. ) and that don’t even the bills now or cover the surgery that I will have to have or the suffering I have and do endure ...Seems to me that Morgan &Morgan works more the insurance company and a lot less for me (the people)..Thinking about firing Morgan & Morgan.. I really believed they would work for my benefit... I was very wronged and insulted by there offer...

I wish I never chose this company. They are only interested in the money. They dont care about the individual My attorney, Crosby Crane never reached out to me during the process. I was rear-ended, went through unnecessary chiro treatment and an MRI. My first time in an accident so I had no idea what I was doing. Thought I was hiring an attorney. I was assigned one, but only the paralegal did anything and not effectively. DO NOT HIRE.

My case has been going since 2022 and my attorneys and Paralegal's have been switched probably 30 times. We've gotten almost nowhere there's been several mistakes that have happened along the way. I've literally had a deposition scheduled and the day before the Attorney I had went to another firm just like the other Five attorneys before him did and that was two years ago. I've yet to have a deposition. I have to explain my entire case in detail trying to remember everything from 2022 every few months when they decide to switch paralegals and attorneys because they apparently move onto other firms. This firm is way too large and your case will get flip-flopped back-and-forth so many times that you'll have a Paralegal one day who ends up being an attorney for you the next. I've had to look at case net for updates since 2022. Still haven’t had a mediation. Swapped Attorney is so much that I’ve had previous Paralegal become my attorney. I’ll Delete this one there’s a decent outcome.
