This past Fall, I moved into a place that I didn't know had a roach problem. I started to see one one or two, sometimes more, per day in the sinks, on the counter -- they even started to crawl into my fridge. I did a quick 30 minute consultation with David to hear what my options were. He asked me questions about the situation for five or ten minutes, then he told me exactly what to document, what to say to my landlords, and when to leave. I was worried about breaking the lease I had, but David assured me I was legally in the right. I did exactly as he said, and about two weeks later, I left. The landlord never pursued me and even sent me my deposit back, all thanks to the advice David gave me in communicating with them. I can't thank you enough, David, you're a lifesaver!!!
