Working with Kelly and David was so easy. They made the lawyer talk so understanding and wanted to make everything the way we wanted. It's never easy. It's never fun to sit down and do this, but they made it so easy. I would recomend them to everyone and have already to a friend and a daughter.

Hired Attorney Wesley Bailey

We have known Mr. Bailey since 1957 and know for a fact that he conducts his practice based on Christian principals. He has always shown more concern for the client and their interest than in the amount of fees he can collect. He is one of the few attorneys we know as completely trustworthy.

Bailey & Thomas have a long history with our company, particularly in the area of conducting examinations under oath. They are very knowledgeable re the provisions of insurance contracts and work effectively in questioning insureds regarding a wide variety of personal and commercial insurance claims.

I was very disappointed in the cost of a simple Estate. The process should have been simple but was drawn out way too long. We were charged $10000 which I feel was extremely high for the amount work that was done. My mother had no debt. Would not use this Attorney office again.

I would be very cautious with this law firm. They do not work for their clients. They work for the amount that they believe they can charge for their services. They will always charge the highest amount they believe they can get. Pay special attention if they give you a fee rate paper. Make sure that they go over it with you. DON'T let them get away without explaining the rate to you. And make sure you as the client see everything before they send papers to the Clerk of Court's office. They do a lot of buttering up clients but behind that they are only thinking about the money they can receive from clients. BEWARE !!!

Please read and save your self a lot of pain and trouble , find another law firm . My brother got them to work on my fathers estate , probate case and it was just one of the worst experiences of my life , dealing with loosing my father was bad but dealing with them made everything much much worse . Getting them on the phone , or to respond to emails was impossible hell getting them to do anything was impossible . All they want is to take as much as they can and do as little as possible . This firm is why people tend to hate lawyers . Never use them for anything and save yourself the trouble you will be better served with a law firm that actually works for the client .
