My husband and I needed assistance with estate planning. The attorneys at Bailey & Thomas, P. A. was recommended by our financial advisor. We are pleased with the estate plans drafted and provided by the attorney assigned to assist us - her name is Kelly Austin. From our consultative meeting through signing the documents, the process was easy for us. Kelly went out of her way to listen to our needs and concerns and include our daughter in the process. Kelly also assured we understood everything in our documents before we signed. I can highly recommend this office for legal issues especially estate planning.

We would highly recommend Kelly Austin and the Bailey and Thomas law firm. Kelly was wonderful from the first phone call to our last meeting. She was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and explained things very well. She answered all our questions and gave excellent legal guidance and advice which made the process so smooth. Kelly was very prepared and efficient with all the meetings and paperwork. The office staff were also very polite and professional. We felt very fortunate to find such a talented and helpful lawyer. Kelly made the whole legal process less stressful for us and has a wonderful personality which is an added bonus! We appreciated Kelly and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her with future needs!

David Bailey and Kelly Austin recently developed estate planning documents for me and my significant other and made it happen in short order. David and Kelly are excellent communicators and walked us through all the legalese. They were also very thoughtful in helping us address special circumstances through the set-up of a will and trust. We worked with Ms. Kelly Austin on preparing a much-needed POA for my mother. My mother is 92 years young and still has her wits and love to talk; especially about our heavenly Father (The Holy Trinity). My sister and mother attended the meeting in-person, while I attend the meeting via Zoom. Kelly and the team were professional, customer oriented, and good at explaining the POA (health care and financial) to us. Also, they serve some good coffee (My mother and sister told me this one. :) She did an outstanding job!! If you need or seeking a firm to complete some business transaction (i.e., POA, Wills etc.).
