Litigation is not for everyone and it burns up money like most people wouldn't believe, until they are forced into it. The best you can probably expect in the family courts or anything involving divorce or your kids is that your attorney will make it slightly less painful and perhaps get you some of what you are seeking. Byron did that for me without breaking the bank. He told me what my chances were with the various things we could do and got me the best results i could expect under the circumstances. Byron represented me several times and I would go back to him again if i had to (God forbid). Just keep in mind no one really wins in Family or divorce court.
