Mr. Arnel is a fantastic attorney. You will be more than satisfied with his work ethic, care, and professionalism he gives to each of his clients / cases. Mr. Arnel always made an effort to reach out to me explaining where we were in the process, and what was going on between the insurance agents. Phil is the BEST expungement and record sealing attorney in Massachusetts. He is focused, organized, methodical, experienced, fair and easy to communicate with. He couldn’t have done a better job for me and was successful in expunging a restraining order my ex-wife committed perjury to obtain. I recommend Phil to family, friends and acquaintances alike.
