Phil is a true professional and does 100% justice to his profession. I live on the West Coast, was served with a 209A restraining order, and had to attend the initial two-party hearing. I worried about the outcome and its consequences. We had multiple phone conversations and Phil guided me to get what was needed, identified important points, and collected evidence and exhibits in his thorough preparation for the hearing. Phil asks the right questions and gathers information with a focus in the right direction. He handled my case extremely well and made it easy to get the restraining order promptly terminated, saving me from having to fly back to Massachusetts again. Phil is highly experienced and shows a passion with great acumen in representing his clients and winning cases.

Attorney Arnel represented me in the filing of motions to seal both my Massachusetts CORI and my FBI arrest record. It should be noted that Attorney Arnel is the only lawyer in Massachusetts who seals FBI records, and he even serves clients in other states who are looking to do the same. It was news to me that FBI records not only have to be sealed but updated in the system. Attorney Arnel handles both processes and he does so with a deep level of understanding. Attorney Arnel brought a sense of urgency to my case that is second to none and his level of communication was excellent throughout every step of the process. He is organized and efficient in how he operates, and I felt confident with having him represent me at my court hearing. Attorney Arnel was successfully able to seal both my state and federal criminal records and I am very grateful to have had him as my attorney. If I ever need legal representation in the future, I will certainly go back to him in a heartbeat.

Mr. Arnel is an excellent attorney. He represented me at a Magistrate Hearing and provided me with an incredible criminal defense. He is great council, and is very nice to work with. He cares about his clients. He’s also the first attorney to expunge a 209A Order in Massachusetts. Phil provided me with excellent representation and I couldn’t be more thankful. He dismantled all of my accuser's lies. If you’re dealing with something as sensitive as a Magistrate Hearing or a 209A Order, I highly recommend you go with Phil Arnel.

Attorney Phil Arnel, with the win, I went to him in a panic as an ex-girlfriend filed a restraining order against me with a lot of false allegations that made me look like the worst human on earth. Phil went in with a game plan and attacked her in every way possible with all the evidence I provided him with and we came out with a win. When you call Phil, he answers the phone, you will not be talking to the phone operator. He will call you with a game plan, very professional and tell you what you are up against. Phil attacked my ex- girlfriend in every way possible and showed the judge she was plotting on trying to end my career as a police officer and he did not extend the restraining order and I was relieved and the truth came out. He knew it was going to be a hard case to beat but we did it. I would recommend Phil to anyone needing to fight a restraining order. Thank you......Thank you......Thank you

Needed a lawyer for an expungement matter, Phil's experience and knowledge of the inner workings of the court system was a godsend.
