A night out without our children ended up becoming a living nightmare ending in one of us being falsely arrested for domestic violence. Our livelihood hung over our heads pending the outcome of the case. From the initial conversation with Phil it was clear that he was the right man for the job. He expertly guided us through the maze of dealing with a broken legal system that tries to force people into entering pleas despite being innocent. His years of practicing in all corners of Mass were incredibly important as he knew all of the buttons to push and people to speak with and as a result we quickly got the resolution we wanted, a dismissal. Phillip was a straight shooter and extremely detail-oriented. He thought of things that never crossed my mind, and prepared me for every sort of possible situation we might face in court. I was terrified after having a malicious 258E filed against me, but Phillip worked diligently on my behalf and his hard work paid off. His argument made it clear that the accuser’s case fell flat, and the judge didn’t even feel it necessary for any cross-examination or for me to even testify myself (which was a major relief, as I was the most nervous I had ever been in my life).
