Hired Attorney Atty. Benjamin W. Lutgen

Being released at 4:00am from custody and scheduled 9 hours later for a court appearance, Kim and LaVoy provided attorney Benjamine W. Lutgen. Being guilty of my 3rd DWI I was at a low point. Ben took charge, lifted my spirits and got me a sentence I did not think possible. I highly recommend both, the firm Kim and LaVoy and attorney Benjamine W. Lutgen.

Did not know what to expect when we first met with John LaVoy & Ben Lutgen the day after a legal predicament surfaced. Both proved to be good listeners and expert legal advisors. They were straight forward and did not sugar coat anything. Our case took 18 months to resolve and the entire time we were kept in the loop on the many turns the case was taking. No doubt in my mind that that being represented by Kim & LaVoy, with Ben Lutgen taking the lead, led to a much less severe judgement. A+ firm.

Hired Attorney Jonathan A. LaVoy

Attorney LaVoy never beat around the bush nor did he ever doubt me. Thanks to him I was was acquitted from a crime I did not commit. I was facing life in prison, in a few occasions I felt that I was going to have nervous break down, but because of his support and positivity I managed to keep it together. I was acquitted from charges that I was facing because he believed in me and because he is an extremely good attorney.
He literally saved my life and I will never forget how he saved me.
