Communication with me, the client, is/was virtually nonexistent. When I have talked with someone, I seem to give them the same information I have given in the past. It seems like no one talks to each other there and it's frustrating especially when you expect them to be "working" for you.

I would not consult with them for any case. They took my case and then several months later left me in the lurch abandoning me right before legal proceedings were set to begin in the trial of the person who attacked me. Not honorable. Avoid at any cost.

I hired King law firm almost two years ago. The first lawyer I was assigned would at least contact me. After he left and I was assigned at least three other lawyers that I was aware of I never heard from any of them. I remained in contact every 2-3 weeks calling asking who my lawyer was only to be given the run around for nearly a year! I called again today to check about my case, who’s my lawyer, what’s happening with my case??? I received a call back where I was spoken AT not to and told they had withdrawn from my case with zero contact after walking on egg shells for a year trying to be polite as possible to this firm. I was on the phone crying, pleading with them to let me speak as a human and a mother and I was hung up on twice. I feel defeated after fighting so hard and begging them to help me like they were hired to do. If you are a single parent and struggling, I am telling you, you not your children matter at all to these people. Do not give them a dime of your money.

This law firm has given me the runaround for over a year. They have transferred my case to 4 different attorneys without any results. I left a detailed review of my experience on their Google page. Please do your homework on attorneys before getting yourself in a contract with professionals that deliver amateur results.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RETAIN THIS LAW FIRM!! JUSTIN MOULIN WAS PAID $5,000 and he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR 5/6 months. Nothing was ever solved in either cases. Cindy Locker office submitted false documents to Brunswick County Court house and he never even bothered to ask for any of it to be thrown out or for her to be brought up on perjury along with her client. On today April 11th Justin Moulin motioned to withdraw from my case and only refund me $1,000 back. Safe to say at 12 noon he was reported to the NC Bar association in Raleigh. If he wants to keep money then he need to keep $1,000 and give me back my $4,000 because I did way more work than what he did. Now if you seek a attorney who is a email warrior then he’s definitely your guy!! But as far as him actually doing the leg work and putting in the time and preforming in the court room he’s DEFINITELY NOT your guy!! Now I’m going to the news paper, WWAY & WECT and filed a small claims case against him in New Hanover County!

SAVE YOUR MONEY And go to a different law firm. Or ensure you get a lawyer other than Mr. Heckart. I Contacted king law firm and met with Mr. Kevin E heckart a year ago for a child support case . It’s Been a year and the child support case is still on going due to mr Heckart asking for extensions each time. Most due to lawyers not agreeing on an amount, and one time because of a personal appointment he had during my schedule court date. It was easy to get an initial appointment with him but since it is countless of voicemails before he responds. In September of last year there was a established amount I was going to receive on child support after not receiving any payments for 2 months he finally return my call stating that they cancel the amount due to the other lawyer stating there were childcare cost from the other party ( no receipts were submitted) now this month once again my Heckart extended the hearing for another month to agree with the other lawyer on an amount

DO NOT hire these ppl ,will not return calls or emails in a good amount of time . I have caught them in flat out lies .If they cant make fast money off your case they dont care . they have hid settlement offers from me because it wasnt the money THEY wanted .to get anything done you have to call and raise h#ll with the lawyer. please take your case to a better firm .they have no idea what they are doing making one mistake after the other

DO NOT HIRE ANYONE IN THIS FIRM for workers compensation claims!! There are far better lawyers and attorneys who will actually do their best for you as a client because they care about their reputation and success rate- these guys do not. I had to do all the research myself and the law firm overcharged for the service that they did NOT provide and they never did any follow up, there was supposed to be two lawsuits, I could never actually talk to my lawyer when I had questions.
