John Gately guided me through a formal military PEB process in December 2018. His expertise in regard to the Navy's rules and regulations and his extensive experience with the people and the process were invaluable and a welcome peace of mind. Hire John early in the process. He was able to help me get my CON-Leave approved and transfer to the WTB within the first month. John then helped me get through the PEB and MEB. I received ratings of 60 percent DOD and 90 VA just like he predicted. I highly recommend you start early with professional help. You only get one chance through these board. I give my absolute strongest recommendation to John. The med board process is terrifying, there are just too many steps and too much information to go at it alone. I hired John right before my flight doc initiated it and it was the best move I could have possibly made.
