About James R. Hardy II

Attorney James R. Hardy II is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hardy Law Group, LLC. Prior to finding Hardy Law Group in 2012, Attorney Hardy served the residents of the State of Maryland by working for the State's Attorney Office for Prince George's County, MD in the Homicide Division. It was there where he helped strengthen the legal justice system by focusing on internal objectives and policies that led to crime rate deterrence and reduction. Attorney Hardy proudly served his country for eleven years as a military enlisted member in both the U.S. Army and Air Force. He has performed duty at a variety of different locations and has taken the honor of earning the Army Achievement Medal. Attorney Hardy now brings his legal experience, high ethics and legal knowledge to Hardy Law Group. He has been praised by clients for being thorough, efficient, proactive, knowledgeable and sensitive to client needs. Very professional and hard working. He cared about proving my innocence and he did justthat. he gathered all of the facts case and presented them to the prosecutors in a way that they had no choice but to drop the case against me. James won my case. He was thorough, compassionate and guided me thru a process I was totally unfamiliar with- I trusted him from start to finish. I would recommend him to anyone looking to feel confidence in the outcome you want. He will fight right along side of you and is responsive, knowledgeable and keeps in contact thru out process to keep you feeling very much in the loop of the complexities of law. To put it most directly, because of James my family is re unified. He took on my case and from the very first, he provided me with a sense of confidence, knowledge & compassion ( most lawyers don’t have that last quality). He is highly recommended and would recommend him to closest family/ friends because I have the highest level of trust in this man. He provided me with a thorough understanding of the process, at court day had a style of addressing court that earned attention and respect - I felt supported thru the entire process and would not be with my whole family today if not for James.
