About James R. Hardy II

Attorney James R. Hardy II is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hardy Law Group, LLC. Prior to finding Hardy Law Group in 2012, Attorney Hardy served the residents of the State of Maryland by working for the State's Attorney Office for Prince George's County, MD in the Homicide Division. It was there where he helped strengthen the legal justice system by focusing on internal objectives and policies that led to crime rate deterrence and reduction. Attorney Hardy proudly served his country for eleven years as a military enlisted member in both the U.S. Army and Air Force. He has performed duty at a variety of different locations and has taken the honor of earning the Army Achievement Medal. Attorney Hardy now brings his legal experience, high ethics and legal knowledge to Hardy Law Group. He has been praised by clients for being thorough, efficient, proactive, knowledgeable and sensitive to client needs. Hired him for case I was worried about and after speaking with him I felt very calm that the outcome would be great. It was a second charge for me and after just 2 court dates he had the case thrown out! Great lawyer. Very professional and he gets the job done. I highly recommend him if your in a tough situation.

Attorney Hardy was a blessing. I got into a situation and he worked diligently to get me out of it. He was reachable at almost any time of the day for whatever questions I had. James is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to go over everything with you, so you understand what is happening. Not only did he help on the legal side, but he also genuinely cares about you as a person which was very reassuring. He got the best outcome for me and I am forever grateful he represented me. He is a Breath of Fresh Air in the Legal System. Attorney Hardy worked miracles for me. I was charged with a felony along with 2 motor vehicle infractions. Mr Hardy was able to get the felony dropped along with the 2 infractions. He is honest, fair and a man of his word. He is the only lawyer I would ever consider using. If you want the truth and results he is the only lawyer I would trust.
