Reviews for John V.
Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. He was intelligent, kind, compassionate and knows ERISA law backwards and forwards. I always knew where I stood with no missed expectations. I was never pushed to make certain decisions. He gave me the upside/downside (especially about going to court) and then let me make the decision. He was always there with his opinion when I asked "what would you do?" and backed his answer up with fact/knowledge.
I attempted to use this lawyer group and was sent an email stating they would not be able to accept my case. With very little attention to detail or willing to discuss current conditions of my personal situation they simply looked at my disability rating sheet and referred me elsewhere. In my opinion this particular group is looking for a set of particular claims they know they can win, simply to add to their “impressive” list of wins. I would suggest finding a different disability lawyer.
If you have social security disability, he might be good. If you have a personal disability policy that you bought from an insurance company....FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY! He will really mess up your case, charge you a lot of money, and not get the results you deserve. You'll have to hire a new attorney to fix the issues he caused. Good Luck!
