I am completely impressed with the personal attention and the lengths that Rebecca Deming and her team went through to resolve my case. From when I first contacted them, they looked at my medical documentation and started giving me great advice and explained in detail what their approach would be to complete my claim. I have an unusual military-related medical condition and they were able to connect me with one of the best medical specialists in the country who was able to further diagnose my condition and provide documentation on why it was due to military service. Throughout the entire process they kept the lines of communication open and was very clear on what the next steps would be. When the Veterans Administration came back with a ruling I thought was unacceptable, Rebecca Deming was able to see where they made errors in their determination and brought it to the higher level reviewer’s attention. John was my attorney for a disability claim against UNUM and he handled my SSD claim. Another attorney referred me to him because he is known as one of the top ERISA lawyers in the country. All of his staff were so professional. He was always on top of my cases. I was so worried that UNUM would never pay me again after they cut me off. But, John was really aggressive in dealing with them and got UNUM to pay. Thank you John.

I hired Mr. Tucker, even though I am in Virginia and he is in Florida. I called several lawyers in my area, and none could help me. I am so thankful that I found Mr. Tucker. He literally helped me save my house when he got my disability benefits for me. I had been fighting UNUM for months, but they denied me. I hired him to handle my appeal, and he got them to reverse themselves and pay my claim!
