She is infamous for her terrible communication style. She doesn't respond to emails and phones. You can't reply her on being on time to show up. Often cancel her appearance the last min. big no no if you want to move your case quickly and efficiently.

Hired Attorney

I should have read all online reviews and done some research before I agreed to let her sit on my custody case. At the first meeting, she seems a reasonable lawyer who cares and protects women's and children's rights. She will tell you the story about her mom who was one of few female lawyers like 4 decades ago and how her mom inspired her. However, all these are just a selling point. She doesn't care about children's needs and moms' rights. She is totally a hypocrite.

Hired Attorney

She was hired for my custody case as a GAL. She is disorganized and not responsive. She doesn't reply emails and phones on time. The case management is terrible. A simple motion involving her could be delayed for months. Eventually, it was not relative any more. Total a waste of money.

Attorney Bonnie Amendola as a GAL fails to provide the court information about minor children. Her behavior is not consistent with what she says. She manipulates the custody evaluation and brings in her evaluators to favor her cases and her lawyer friends. She doesn't care about children's best interests. Maybe all these are not new to the family court. But she is not the one that will stand up for children who need real helps. The ultimate goal for her is to bill parents and make more money.
