Danton & Smyk PLLC is a law firm established in 2004 with an office in Southfield, MI. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing consumer bankruptcy, bankruptcy, chapter 7 and 1 other area of law.
Both attorneys Danton & Smyk as well as Amanda treated me with respect and dignity from the very beginning. Bankruptcy is a very difficult, embarrassing matter that requires compassion and guidance both of which Danton & Smyk provided. I was told which program I qualified for and then the entire process was explained to me regarding what it would "look like" and what was required. My questions and concerns were quickly answered and everything went as described and there were no "surprise fees"
Julie Smyk was very professional and quite informative on the aspects of my case. I had quite a few mitigating circumstances that she sought the answers to for me which in turn helped in the process of my filing. I am very pleased with the services she provided along with her staff which was also extremely helpful.
Julie made a difficult situation a little easier with her pleasant manor and knowledge of the course of bankruptcy.

They got done what I needed done but I only met my lawyer on the first visit. All other items were taken care of by the secretary. Never spoke to her again. The court hearing she ended up sending some man to cover for her who was not part of her firm nor had I ever met him before the court date.
